These Terms of Use apply to the Sunbrink app. By using Sunbrink, you agree to these terms.

Sunbrink Plus subscription

Some features (creating sunlight alarms, voice alarm setting, weekly coaching) require a Sunbrink Plus subscription, offered as monthly or yearly auto-renewing plans.

Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Price changes will be communicated in advance per store policies.

Restore purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use "Restore purchases" on the paywall to regain access with the same store account.

Acceptable use

Sunbrink is provided for personal use. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the app or its services.

Disclaimer

Sunbrink is a wake-up aid, not a medical device. It is provided "as is" without warranties. Alarms depend on your device settings (e.g., notification permissions); we are not liable for missed alarms or any indirect damages.
